Q: What is the check-in time? What is the check-out time?

A: Guests may check in after 3pm on day of arrival; guests must check out before 10am on day of departure.

Q: What are the office hours? What do I do if I arrive after office hours?

A: Please give us a call at 609-522-8292 to make us aware that you will be arriving after office hours so we can make the necessary arrangements to welcome you!

Q: What are the pool hours?

A: Our pool opens at 9am and closes at sunset daily, from the day we open in May, to the day we close in October!

Q: Is the pool heated?

A: Yes! Our pool is always sparkling clean and heated all season long for your comfort – from the day we open, to the day we close!

Q: Do you accept pets?

A: For the comfort of all our guests, we do not accept pets, sorry. Only registered service dogs are permitted on the property as needed. If you require lodging for your pet, we will be happy to recommend other pet-friendly lodging in the area.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: Your deposit is non-refundable if a reservation is cancelled less than two weeks before your arrival. Deposits will be refunded for reservations cancelled more than two weeks in advance, less a 25% handling fee.

Q: Are there hair dryers available in each room?

A: Hair dryers are available directly in C-Luxe King rooms, and are available at the front desk upon request for guests staying in all other room types.

Q: Are coffee or snacks or meals available at the motel?

A: Yes, complimentary morning coffee is available every day from 8am – 10am in front of the motel office. 

Q: How far is the motel located from the beach & boardwalk?

A: The Caribbean Motel is located just one short block from the award-winning, free Wildwood Crest beach. It may be the widest beach in all of North America! We are located just two blocks away from the southern end of the world-famous Wildwood Boardwalk. An array of family-friendly restaurants are also within walking distance of the motel.

Q: Is parking available at the motel?

A: One parking space is available for each motel room. There is also street parking available in the area – metered spaces in the immediate vicinity of the motel, and free street parking just two blocks away.

Q: Does your motel have Wi-fi internet access?

A: Yes, we provide free Wi-fi for our motel guests. Please inquire at the front desk for access/password.

Q: What is the smoking/non-smoking policy?

A: There is no smoking permitted in any of our motel rooms, cabana lounge, pool or outdoor dining areas. There is a designated smoking area located just off the main motel grounds around the corner from the Caribbean Kitchen, with a teak “Smoker’s Bench” facing the street. Smoking is also permitted along the first-floor breezeway in front of rooms that face the pool.
